Placing an order

To save your time and ensure efficiency in product order placement, order finalisation, production, and other processes, we would kindly ask you to respect the following guidelines on order placement:

• Enquiry:
  Please submit the print enquiry via the enquiry form or by contacting our project managers by e-mail, indicating the specifications of the product as well as the desired deadline and method of delivery.
• Confirmation of the proposal:
  After you get yourself acquainted with the proposal sent to you by our project manager, please confirm it in writing.
•  Contract Signing:
  A service contract shall be signed with the client. In case you have already signed a corresponding agreement with us, the commercial offer that you confirmed will be considered as an annex to the agreement.
• Submission of the artwork:
  The print-ready artwork in PDF format shall be uploaded to our server via FTP or by providing the login details for us to access your FTP.
• Confirmation of test print: Proof:
  At your request, we shall produce and send you trial prints Proofs (colour proof, plotter printouts (draft proof), digital PDF proof), which you must then confirm.
